Awesome gym for beginners and people with more experience! The couch is extremely experienced, organized, and he’s very patient. The people are great and always make you feel comfortable. Open mat Saturday's are a perfect time to interact and improve the skills that may need a little more work or even a perfect time to role around the mat. They have people of different expertise which is perfect for improving your all around MMA game. Love this gym!

A great place with a great team. Chad, Leon, and Shane have been nothing short of amazing. Very understanding, but they will put you to work. Highly recommend if you’re not satisfied with your current fitness situation.
Great Gym! Highly professional coaches with a lot of fighting experience. Clean and friendly environment. The training addresses stand-up and grappling alike. Individual mentoring and modest class sizes make it suitable for all skills levels.
